The pay range per hour is $24.47 - $44.04

A role with Target Printing Services means leveraging the power of digital, social and email platforms via paid and owned channels to deliver creative, compelling and cohesive promotional messages. You’ll prioritize holistic promotional and value stories across all channels, including the price-promotion offers that guests love. You’ll partner with the Weekly Ad channel to anchor its promotional content in close collaboration with dedicated Target Creative and production teams. Here, you’ll be a part of Printing Services to create the in-store promotional messages that help guests get the most value out of their Target runs.
As a Lead PrePress Specialist, you will professionally, efficiently, and accurately assist clients, comprised of ISM, FRS, Fulfillment, Promo Signing and others via multiple communication platforms within our PrePress department. This includes maintaining a detailed knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat with PitStop and InDesign.), Kodak Prinergy, Preps Imposition, and Insite. You will proof, plate and create impositions. You will also be looked to for trouble shooting issues as they relate to proofing and plating. Daily production will be based off a relationship with scheduling prioritizing workload.
Schedule : This role will work a 12 hour daytime shift from 6am - 6pm. You will work a rotational shift of 3 days one week and 4 days the other.
About you:
- 5 years’ experience in a Litho and Digital print environment
• 5 years’ experience in Color Management (Gracol 7)
• 5 years’ experience in pre-press file operations (Pre-flight to Plate)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment through multiple projects and details
Understand unique constructions (booklets, folds, etc.)
Working knowledge of Kodak Prinergy and Kodak Preps, Epsons, InSite
High school diploma or GED
Able to work and follow prescribed processes and direction independently with minimal supervision
Able to read, understand and follow job instructions
Able to lift 50+ pounds
Able to work 12 hour rotating shifts
